What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state of mind, often described as a state between sleeping and waking up. It is the same mental state achieved during meditation where you are totally in control and aware of what’s happening.

The practitioner guides the client in resolving issues and bringing about changes thru the person’s mind. When choosing a hypnotherapist, make sure you check the practitioner’s qualifications.
Is clinical hypnosis the same as stage hypnosis?
